Troubleshoot dryer problem?

My dryer is not working appropriately--it's not producing any heat. I've flipped the breakers and the manual for the dryer is limited its suggestions. To my knowledge the dryer does not have any specimen of reset button. Any suggestions?
Is it gas or moving?

Essential more information. Pull off the exhaust duct and see if that fixes it - if so the duct is restricted in some way. If it works ok, I wouldnt bite about it. If you recently changed from natural gas to propane, you need to have a conversion kit

Breakers are well-made, dryer tumbles but no heat. It is an electric dryer. How can I troubleshoot and repair this?
