Kinks
When you buy a new cosy, the inspection is supposed to uncover major flaws with the lodgings. It's not necessarily supposed to act as a deterrent. But, it is supposed to inform you as a customer. Make you aware of a home's issues. Or potential issues. So, you pass the right deal for the house. And you move in knowing what you're up against.
Our inspection did that for non-specified issues. We knew there were some effectiveness problems with the HVAC unit. So, we negotiated a place one's faith at our closing. We also knew of some other issues that we didn't ask to be repaired. Such as a dryer hose that needs weird tape instead of screws. Outlets that difficulty to be GFCI instead of regular. And an exit strategy for not ring true should our hot water heater overflow (there's a hooked pan, but no hose to allow the water to exit the catch pan into a remove or even outside).
However, after you move into a new diggings, even after a thorough inspection, there are unerring smaller issues you always encounter. Things overlooked at the inspection. We establish some of those over this past week of heart-rending in.

The garage door catches as it's closing. And on occasion doesn't close all the way. Which means, we Sweets has to get out of the car and manually effective it closed.
Some locks were installed where you put the key in, ridges up. Other locks were installed where you put the key in, ridges down. Hello annoying.
The lights with dimmers were installed withershins. You push the lever up to dim the lights and push it down to enliven the lights. I think the contractors did it to play mind games with us.
There is a shamed chunk of drywall that fell off one of the corners of one of the walls. We're not inevitable when or how that happened.
You can't pull open the drawers in the slave-driver bathroom vanity if...
