getting my dryer set up for use
I bought a Kenmore washer and dryer. I was told it would be delivered and set up the next day. I had my old but working set removed. The next day they delivered my new set but didn't take my side vent dryer which was clearly on my receipt and the occupation order but had a rear vented dryer. The delivery guys said they would put in an appearance again it and get back with me.Sears called the Monday and said they would put one's money where one's mouth is the dryer on Teusday. When they came they got the dryer in my laundry space and discovered they did not have a dryer vent kit with the dryer. A technician had taped a shred of vent out of side of dryer and it had fell off during the move.It wasn't equal attached to the dryer and if had been attached to outside vent without me crafty, lint would probably had got in motor and burned up, and possibly unbiased cathing a fire. Delivery guys left me with a several to call for installing a kit for this. I called and the technician asked if I was stable I ordered a side vented dryer and I said yes and it was shown to me on the labour order. He said I needed to call Sears to corroborate this. They called today which is Friday,1 week to the day to blab me they would have to order the parts but didn't skilled in how long it would take to come in. I am now preparing to go to the laundamat to dry clothes after spending $2000 for my washer and dryer.Yes I am merest annoyed. Tell me when I order the appliance if anything needs to be ordered and how covet it could take to come in and be delivered for set-up.(this was not the salesman criticize because he looked on the computer and it told him side-vented dryers were in banal.)
