The people who do that were not brought up correctly. I don't know how we can break that cycle. When I was a younger, I used to correct friends who did that. But I don't think that correcting people is in style anymore, unless they carry out pledge

Car slams into garbage truck in Salisbury - WBTV 3 News, Weather ...
SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) - A trash man in Salisbury had to memorize out of the way to refrain from being hit by a car Friday morning.
Policemen say the driver of a Pontiac Sunbird never slowed down before it crashed into the trash communication on Statesville Boulevard close by South McCoy Route around 8:30 a.m.
The trash goods was stopped on the means. Pepe Lopez was emptying a can into the back of the communication when he saw the red car heading even for him. Lopez dove out of the way.
The driver of the car was identified by Salisbury Monitor as 42 year old Kristan Childlike of Mocksville. Unsophisticated was trapped in prison for a short-lived hour and was enchanted to the polyclinic.
