can i make a fire in a metal trash can?

i like to throw stuff(old papers, clothes and etcc....)
i also, like to look at fire, i dont have a fireplace,
i am looking for one i can keep in the concert-hall, not those huge ones, just a small one.

The trash can will rust. If it's galvanized it can give off fumes that are very bad for you. (See first fasten together).
It won't burn very well since the fire won't get the air it needs. Typically people that burn trash in 55 gallon drums punch

Gee let's conceive of about this. Using a trash can in the house to burn a fire.......how about NO, it's not safe. Just inhaling the smoke alone is dangerous, not to bring up the sparks that could ignite your house on fire. Let's just say you may want to

Most cans are galvanized and won't take the warmness. You be better getting a 55 gallon steal drum. Have the top cut off. Put holes on the sides down close the bottom so you have updraft for the fire.

Well, if you do this you will plainly have a nice fire to look at as your entire house burns down.

No it would not be uninjured. Can you say carbon monoxide. Also unless you put it on a nonflammable surface you will burn down the house. Finally say good bye the trash can.

I miss to cut the bottom out of a metal trash can for my halloween costume. I'm no expert in metal work. Is there any easy way that I could do this?
