Fantom Envoy Bagless Canister Vacuum, is it any good?

Zellers has this vacuum on trading for $74.97 this Friday, has anyone purchased this particular vacuum? If so, how is it? How long have you had it and would you recommend it? Thanks!!

My sister has had it due a few weeks. She likes it, says it is good value for the money.

Can you wash the canister of a bagless vacuum?

I would like to away the 'bagless part' of my vacuum. Is it ok to do that? Also, there's a filter in there...how do I clean it? Can I get it wet and wait till it dries to use it?

I go together with all the answers so far... I work in a vacuum repair/sales store and the answer is YES you can wash the bagless canister (or tank) as others have stated you MUST make out sure it is dry. Also, almost all filters can be washed and again

I am a devotee, so the amount of vacuuming I will do is minimal...I just have one carpeted room and a tile-floor kitchen.
