How to repair Bissell Quick Streamer model 1970 sprayer?

The sprayer on my Bissell Rapid Streamer model 1970 just stopped working. Can someone tell me how I can repair it myself?

Is it leaking anywhere? Does it cover out of the floor/bottom of the unit? If it sprays at bottom but not on top you probably need to replace the hose and hand unit. If no mist at all you may need to replace the pump. but befor doing that, take pump apart if you can you may have a clogg somewhere. You can buy parts online inveterately from the manufacterer.

Brand new Bissell Proheat Turbo carpet cleaner no suction?

Trade-mark new Bissell Proheat Turbo carpet cleaner bought Aug 08 $153. Used for the second time today and damned all suction. Walmart will not take back over 90 days. Bissell telling to take to vac repair. I have mess to clean up. Nobody sells this anymore. New facsimile out. Please help if you have any suggestions. Frustrated.
Thanks for the suggestions. For some good reason, the carpet cleaner started working with suction. The whole carpet cleaner should be recalled. It is to the nth degree heavy and difficult to push, especially for someone with back trouble or arthritis. The whole appliance is off balance. If a small youngster were to pull on it, it would tip over and injure them. The hose and the power cord never stay in the wrapped position. The hand device squirted me in the face while trying to wrap it back up. When you tilt the upright section of the vac to push the whole auto forward, the hose then bends at the connection to the bottom of the cleaner. The hose will probably break soon. Someone did not have people who use this mention do the testing before putting iit on the market. It is loud, scares the cat, and the children. I even checked consumer recall location. Many Bissell vacs have been recalled, but not this carpet cleaner. I am so happy to have gotten up the stain. Thanks Marie
I do not second this product or this company. Someone gave me "The little green machine". It was the most inept small cleaner. I sold it at a flea market for $5. I would like to know if someone else has had similar experiences with this or like products by Bissell.

any thoughts on how to weaponless and repair it?
it doesn't seem to pickup things as much as it used to. i've used it for about 2 years now.

untwist a wire hanger unscrew where the hose goes and carefully solder ther hanger in all the hose placement areas and shake it around. most likely its clogged

I conclude in an urban basement apartment with brawny windows fa the roadway. In to boot there are four cats (hairballs). I hardened to have one of those machine shop vacuum types with the big hose that hooks to the tap and was a ogre agony to use with very unprofessional show. This appliance is exceptional. It is very suggestible to use and altogether. Storage is even with a 19″x12″ footprint. It pays for itself with one use and because of the clay coming in from the high road I have to use it once a month. It’s been about a year and it works virtuous like new. I influentially advisable it and would buy it again in a next.

You would improvise since it says “PET” it would license you to sanitize out the pet curls easier.I am so mad I will never buy another Bissell by-product. I about all the full reviews you review are those who have not familiar it several times! It doesn’t last!!!!!
