This is a substantial evidence crate rooted in the fact that the appellants requested retroactive approval of a group of several items, on a take-it-or-leave-it bottom, placed on their private area of sandy beach adjacent to Corona del Mar State Beach. These items included: a feel discomfited restroom in a boxy shed-like structure, adjacent storage lockers, a built-in barbeque, a palapa, and a floret garden. Because substantial evidence supports the Commission's decision to deny a permit for these items in the aggregate, we affirm the distress court's denial of petition for a writ of mandate that would reverse the Commission's decision.

How long should the hot water last with a 30 gallong water heater?

We keep constant out of hot water... even this morning... I ran out after only being in the shower about 15 minutes, and I was the first in the family to shower... shouldn't it last longer than that?

So... how long should the hot water

30 gal is inconsequential and good for about 15 mins like u said ...

1 sprinkling is all you get. raise the temp., but even then it would be 2 showers.

A thirty gallon water heater is melodious small. But is should not run out during a 15 minute shower. There are 3 likely causes your shower was longer than you think , the thermostat is backslide or you have a leak.

your rain consumes 2.5 gal per minute. so 15 minutes would be about right. Get a larger tank or a tankless heater.

Weigh about time verses gallons. Most showerheads give 2-1/2 gallons per minute. At 15 minutes this would be 37-1/2 gallons. While you are using hot water, the water heater is refilling with stale water. This lowers the original temperature of the water.

The water heater may requirement to be drained. In a perfect world, it would be done at least once a year. Sediment builds up in the bottom of the tank, and that needs to be gotten rid of. I could go on but since I put in a affiliation, I will let you read all about

a 30 gallon water heater set at 125 degrees. Yours is working bring to perfection. You can max out the temp setting on the heater which will give you more hot water because you won't have to use as much to shower, but it also increases the risk of being scalded.
